Rocha da Pena is a rocky, limestone natural formation, in the form of a steep cornice and includes a plateau about 2 km long, reaching at its highest point 479 m in altitude.

The Municipal Museum of Loulé is the headquarters of a structure of several museum spaces that exist in the municipality and is installed on the ground floor of the castle of Loulé.

The Water Museum Pole, in the village of Querença, is a center for the interpretation of water, one of the riches of this parish.

Loulé Castle is of Arab origin, rebuilt in the century 13th, had a large walled perimeter, part of which is still visible.
